Welcome to The Mindful Shops. By purchasing from our shop or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

The Mindful Shops offers custom, made-to-order digital coloring pages, journals, and related creative products. All digital products are delivered electronically; no physical item will be shipped unless clearly stated.

Custom orders are created using photos and details provided by the customer. By submitting photos or text, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the images or have permission to use them
• The images do not violate any copyright, trademark, or privacy laws

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if submitted content is inappropriate or infringes on third-party rights

After purchase, customers will receive instructions for securely submitting photos. Processing times begin once the order is placed:

• 1 Page: Within 24 hours
• 15 Pages: 1–3 business days
• 24 Pages: 3–5 business days
• 36 Pages: 3–5 business days

For orders of 15 pages or more, a sample preview may be provided before final delivery.

Final products are delivered via email as a PDF digital download.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, your satisfaction is important to us.

If you are unhappy with any page, we are happy to:

• Make reasonable corrections or recreations
• Work with you to ensure the final result meets expectations

Revision requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

All digital files are for personal use only, unless otherwise stated. You may:

• Download and print files for personal enjoyment or gifting.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share files
• Use files for commercial purposes without written permission

All designs, illustrations, and digital files created by The Mindful Shops remain the intellectual property of The Mindful Shops. Purchasing a product grants you a limited license for personal use only.

Because products are custom-made and delivered digitally:

• Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun
• Refunds are not offered

Please contact us promptly if you experience an issue with your order.

The Mindful Shops is not responsible for:

• Printing errors or quality issues resulting from third-party printers
• Improper use of digital files

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

Your personal information and photos are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Submitted photos are used solely for order fulfillment.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting.
